We use the information you provide about yourself when applying for membership and only to assess such application. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. We also use addresses to communicate confirmation of receipt of your applications and to contact you if we wish to ask you further questions.

The only place that we collect personal information at our website is when you register for an event, apply for membership renewal, and/or enter Members Only pages for which you require your Username and Password provided to you at the time of the membership application.

Finally, we may disclose personal information that you provide to us as required by law and co-operate with law enforcement and other officials in any investigation requiring your personal information.
